At noon the Chef brings you his touch of freshness and lightness with ceviches, tartares, carpaccios ... A whole set of dishes are available around the world for a light and refreshing meal! We also create our own meal salads for your taste buds. For those with greedy desires we also serve all kinds of hot dishes like burger tower, mixed grills etc ...
In the evening we change atmosphere and register. In the slow cooking, low temperature and flame program in our new Argentinian oven! Beautiful rooms suspended at the dome; there is something for everyone: meat, poultry, tasty fish flavored by the aroma and aromatic herbs.
